When Kaysville City Council needed more space for their council meetings, they got a shiny AV system too!

Project Overview

Like most modern systems, Kaysville City needed to be able to stream their city council meetings during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. With a 32x32 DM chassis, dozens of inputs could be viewed locally or used as a source for their live feed. The streamer also functioned as a recorder for meetings in the chambers and in the adjacent conference room. Three VoIP lines, dozens of Dante wireless mics, request to speak mic controls—Kaysville got all the bells and whistles.

This interface, AV bridge, and dedicated video streamer take the stress out of streaming.

An adjustable countdown timer was created and laid over the projector screen. You better come ready because 3 minutes (normally) goes by fast.

Three VoIP lines provide reliable remote participation when Zoom or Teams are not an option.
